Slow Steps: Chapter 1

Share
With the aid of my fellow co-writer EJJ, I managed to get the first chapter of Slow Steps out. I probably won't be posting it to any FFN websites anytime soon, but... welp.

Fanfiction and productivity

Been trying to write something for TWEWY with the aid of EJJ - though I think we're going to give up. Either way, here's a small preview of a detective AU set in the early 1980s.

Persona 4

Share
Been obsessed with playing Persona 4 after I got my hands on a secondhand copy. Seriously, almost impossible to find any Shin Megami Tensei games in Australia. Or any JRPGs, for that matter.

Is a song which should have been used more. But seriously, zts is like the best doujin composer ever, and the Umineko anime failed to respect that.

:(

(They even had it in the remix ost, what the hell?)

Thing is? Every time one of my USBs becomes infected with a virus (public computers are like the venereal disease-infested prostitutes of the computer world), I don't try to get rid of it. I try to identify the virus, stamp a sticky note on it with a label. So now I have a little collection of data-munchers/space-wasters/stuff that would most likely annihilate your computer without an antivirus, all neatly labelled.

So I told my friends about that, and they all gave me weird looks.

"You know, normal people just keep pet rocks." I was told.

One day I'm going to find an old, beaten-up computer and stick all these USBs into it at once and see what happens. Or I could just stick them into the computers of people I hate.

I didn't sleep last night (stayed up writing drama logbook) and was very, very tired in school today. It isn't part of my policy to sleep in class, so I kept myself awake. But, come maths, I was so tired I ended up dozing off. With my eyes wide open. It was the sort of thing a (poor) driver does - nod off at their seat for a few seconds. Except, in my case, it was probably nearer half a minute,

I suddenly woke up again and realised that during my nap, I'd written something on my maths book. Squinting at it, I realised it was a line of words. I could recognise 'rise' and 'view' - I vaguely remember having a half-dream about graphs, which were what we were working on at the time.

So as soon as I got home, I fell asleep. No more sleep-writing for me.
